I tried playing Fire Emblem Thracia 776 translated with the Virtual Super NES emulator. It said it loaded perfectly but instead of going to the game menu, I get a black screen. The controls seem fine since I can get in the emulator menu, see the FPS, which is about 50 and switch the audio on and off.

Can you provide a link for the game's page? That way I don't have to try searching for it in the event there might be hack versions of the game. I'll check into it when I have some time. Have you tried using the RGR Plugin or another emulator? I ask because I believe Virtual Super NES emulator is one of the non plugin emulators.

Oh. In that case, there isn't really anything I can do as far as testing it myself to help. I don't have an updated Java as I don't really need it for anything. For here, I only play games on the RGR Plugin because it works best for me. Is there a reason why you prefer to play the Virtual Super NES emulator than the RGR Plugin?
