Yeah but if the inactive players were just bystanders, they wouldn't be holding the game up. Only those with an active night role who are inactive are holding the game up. Thus either mafia or some power role.

I think your assumption is a good one if not entirely correct but how can we be sure? We can't randomly blame people that are new to using the site. With us scapegoat people who appear to be new users we will drop our numbers dramatically. We should just wait until the night is over and see who is dead in the morning. But that seems to be such a long time away.

Fallman7 : True, we can't randomly blame people, but we can call them out and have them make a defense for their inactivity. Although it may not clearly tell us who is a bystander or mafia, I think it's worth a shot. I know at least one person I plan questioning.

Hopefully you can get a confession. But you could also think of it this way maybe the mafia isn't new to the site maybe they have played this game several times and is just taking advantage of the people that take so long. Why wouldn't the mafia take advantage of the situation and start accusing other players of being the mafia just based upon how long they have been on the site. So I also would like to question a few people one person in particular. I think everyone that's here needs to take a long hard look at what is going on and think about it so once the night round ends we can point our fingers in a way that makes some sense. Hopefully by tonight we will have an end to this night round.

As the mafia planned it's every move, the doctor and sheriff decided to focus their interests on who they possibly believed was a key player... and the trapper... accomplished nothing.

As such... it was up to the mafia.

The first to leave the realm of the living was sonicmcmuffin the bystander... but he wasn't alone, as shortly afterward... alexanyways the bystander also left his body.
