I cannot wait for Kid icarus: Uprising to come out.  It looks like a whole lot of fun.  I cannot believe that it has to be delayed on the release date.  Here is a link about it:

The graphics look pretty lame to me, and iv never even heard of this series. Considering how good the 3ds is suposed to be id expect them to have tree textures that dont suck...

Apparently  this game it comes with a stand to set the 3DS on. This is because the control scheme is awkward and it makes it uncomfortable to play the game without the stand. It was news to me , so I'm sure it may be for some of you too .I am not entirely sure but I think this game is compatible with the Circle Pad Pro the comes out next week, and that would solve most of the awkwardness. If you pre order you also get an updated version of the original Kid Icarus on the NES with updated graphics (namely the backgrounds) .




A cool feature I heard about is the 90 different difficulty levels. It ranges from 1.0 all the way to 9.9, and you can change it by spending hearts you collect. You get better rewards the higher the difficulty. I was kinda iffy on whether or not I was going to get this game, but this new feature is a deal maker for me. smotpoker86 : That sucks.  I will see if it will be hard to play without the stand.  I am not gonna pre-order it to get the NES version because it is basically the same thing, except better graphics, but the game itself is really hard.

Marcmoney : From what I understand, the controls are similar to star fox so it shouldn't be that hard to use without the stand. There were probably some people in Japan who complained so they give us a free stand here in America    I checked yesterday and it is compatible with the circle pad pro, so I will probably never use the stand since I am getting the circle pad with resident evil next Tuesday.

I agree that pro-ordering isn't worth doing just for the original NES game, unless you are a die hard KI fan. Like you mentioned that game is insanely hard. I've never even passed the first level in that game hahaha. That's why this new difficulty system looks good, you can make it as hard as you want it to be.
