I was able to find matches perfectly the first day i got MW3 but now I can't anymore.
I have an open NAT and it's on Xbox Live.

Its probably the crappy servers,cod always fails at launch,dumb makers never learn.
For mw2 signing out and in to your account worked,dunno about mw3 tho.
