Well, you see, the best way to do this is to avoid ever having her die in the first place...and speedrunners have figured out exactly how to do that in various ways, ranging from just abusing glitchy Chocobo collision to walk on water and skip pretty much all of Disc 1 to save file shenanigans to carry over the reactor timer to other save files and warp to the debug room. So people have, indeed, found ways to keep Aerith alive by proxy! Up to you if you find it interesting or if you prefer runs that play more of the game, though.
