The Four swords, a brilliant game for young and old gamers. I've only played it for a bit and completed the main story line. It isn't that long that I remember and is a bit like a Mario game; The princess has been kidnapped and you have to go through levels to save her... But there is more to do after the main story line, but I'll tell you that in a sec.

Story:
==Spoilers==So Link and princess Zelda visit the Four Sword chamber because Zelda feels a disturbance there. Soon after Vaati comes out and steals princess Zelda. Link tries to stop Vaati and gets thrown away, then three fairies wake Link up and takes the "four swords" sword becomes into a shattered "four swords" Link. You are then able to control Link and choose where you go. The three great fairies are in the areas. Sea of trees, Death mountain (a recurring theme in the Zelda series) and talus Cave. You go through all these levels and get keys that the fairies give you that unlocks Vaati's palace. You defeat all of the levels and get prepared for the final boss battle. Vaati goes into a statue that looks like a U.F.O and tries to suck you in. You defeat him and land the final blow and defeat him for good. Princess Zelda says thank you Link and the game is over.
==End of Spoilers==(A little note, I play the 25th anniversary Four swords, so it may be different to the first version)

Graphics:

The graphic aspect of the game is top notch! It is one of the best for the game boy advance (is that the right console? I know it is 16-bit) and that is far going! I have to say, I find it more addictive than the Pokémon game at that era. (I really love my Pokémon, so it dose hurt me to say that... but it is true!) I think that it the movement of the sprites are well done too! They move clean and smooth... I don't see any problem with it.

Game play:

The game play aspect of it is easy to pick up and play without thinking how to learn. I went straight into the game without learning anything, I find it more pleasing than doing a tutorial of how to play... those are normally long and frustrating and are not really useful. The items of the game are really useful and are fun to mess around with. The bombs, fun to throw at friends that are playing with you. You can link up and play together and (I think this happens) save onto your own game and thus, each other can help to complete the game if one is behind the other. Unfortunately, there is no 8-axis control, so you can't go diagonally... but there is no need to though... lol...

Difficulty:

I would say it is a medium difficulty only because, I needed to think how to do certain bits of the game. I also found the end boss Vaati, quite hard but I did it with the "Multiplayer" ability and did it more faster than I would of before because there is more than one person attacking Vaati.

Summery:

It is a fun and enjoyable game for anyone who is in the Zelda franchise and love RPG's and love the 16-bit era! I love it and you should too! There is hardly anything to moan about and is just about perfect for a quick play or a massive one go play though. It is one of the best games in Nintendo. If you have a dsi and/or a 3ds and have Internet connection, go get the anniversary version NOW! It is free and won't be regretted!

This game is awesome.  I play it all the time on the Gamecube console.  I finally beaten it and it was so much fun, especially playing it with four players.  Nice review.
