Every time I get to certain point in Pokemon Yellow (after beating Giovanni) and Pokemon Red (after beating Brock) the game doesnt register my save file and goes to the point last saved.  I correctly save the game as instructed each time.  I don't know if the file is corrupted, I just want to know if I can do something about it.  BTW I play them without the plug-in, so that might be a problem...
