From the ones that I've actually played, that would be Armageddon. I didn't play too much into the 3D Mortal Kombat games, but I felt the time I spent on Armageddon was a complete waste. The fatalities (if you can even call them that) were just pure fail. I really dislike the story, especially its ending for various reasons that I think any MK fan would get. 4, Deadly Alliance, Deception, and 9 were much better games.

The worst Mortal Kombat game ever was Mortal Kombat vs DC Universe... It had a brilliant story but that was it other then The Joker's Gun Shot fatality. There was no traditional Mortal Kombat violence at all. So this is why I say this game SUCKED!!!
