Well you do know that 50% of fruits are natural pesticides, or, oxidants, stuff that damages your cells' DNA constantly. Now, if fruits are so deadly, how can we survive? Well, our body has adapted through the course of the millenia. We are no longer majorly affected by these oxidants in our fruit. ANd if we can take THAT much NATURAL pesticides, the artificial crap is nothing different. Thats all I'm going to say, I'll let Ziggy expand on it 'cause we read the same article about it. ;P And if he doesn't... Well.. Another post for me. ;P.

I had 2 bars of antioxidant chocolate last night and I already feel less crappy. On top of the diet thing related to food, I walk on average 65 minutes a day 5 days a week. Some days I walk 90 minutes. Thank GOD my school is kinda far from my house on foot!

#5, the quantity is probably 1-1000 so its not like your going to die from it or something. Besides, who hasnt eatn a bug? Ever heard of bardi grubs? Ate one once (cooked), it was nice, dosnt mean im going to die, or that im going to do it again anytime soon.

#4, Is what a filter is made of really effect the end user.. What about charcol filters, are they bad for us too..
