Pressing B during tornado is stupid.

Press B = Go higher, if you don't stop tornado whilst on ground then you'll go into free fall, and during free fall the opponent can easily punish you.

Just stay on the ground and use the tornado there. In the air you should use basic A attacks.

it also gets stronger and keeps the person somewhat trapped

but yeah, his aerials kick ass

Then you land and down smash them.

Also, you should really really only use tornado on ground and never lift,unless the opponent have rather high percentage and you're sure you'll hit with the last hit.

Since im new to this thread i might as well post my favorite characters!

I like Toon Link, Sonic, and Wolf. I am very good with the characters... sadly me Wii online isnt working!

Brawl is one of the best fighter games I've ever played! It's awesome, and has so many characters.

well, you can make it so it doesn't go more than a tiny bit off the ground actually...

also yeah, I can't understand why his aerial up A makes him go even higher. It's so overpowered and it's extra jumps

It doesn't make him go higher, you just jump in between attacks.

well, he does go a little higher, as even though he falls a bit between attacks, he still gets more air than he loses. also, I think there is another character or two that gets higher with the aerial up A but I'm not sure

EDIT: In the end though, it's only the equivalent of about 1 jump

its too bad i dont have it but im definently getting it soon and i was wonder if you guys could name all characters and say how many characters there are?

Now that the game has been out for a while I would have to say that the game sucks. I mean, it's more of a button masher than Melee and it just added more chracters in the game. It's nice to see a change in the single player mode but it only gets good before you become annoyed with the game. Although, im glad to see that there was a stage builder (my favorite). The reason why this post isn't so supportive about the game is because I had got Melee 2 weeks before Brawl was supposed to come. I played Melee so much in that 2 weeks that I became bored of the game. So, when Brawl came out, it was the same exact gameplay as before but easier. Anyways, to me I had higher expectation than what the game offered and it kind of let me down.


OHHH and also the online factor of brawl also sucked because there was never anyone on...... I guess those people where having fun the game with their actuall friends...
