I searched this place looking for N64 roms, and I didn't know I could play them online.

I later tried playing it many times, but I didn't have the plugin, so I ran oout of plays and then downloaded the plugin. I then realized that I had to sign up, I relented at first because I thought that I'd have to pay money, but then I saw that it was free, I thought it was some sort of scam, so I didn't use any email to sign up and I signed up on Vizzed. I got into the forums when I saw a few Zelda threads, I liked to post and I yam where I yam today.

I was looking for some old games for my Let's Plays on Get-your-rom.com and Vizzed Board was in front of me, on the screen of my laptop. Interested in this, I clicked and my first impression was... "oh my god, it's a good site, really!!!" and then I registered. And then my story on Vizzed Board begins with my introduction, thinking that a stupid French person could be on an international community, but lot of kind people were here to greet me and I was happy to know a few of the people here on Vizzed Board. Well, now that I'm here since two weeks I believe, it's my turn to offer my kindness.

So I really want to thank everybody, even people that I don't know yet, thank you for your kindness, for all your greetings when I first came here on this website, and also thanks to the staff members and the owner for this great and cool website, this brings back so many memories in my mind each time I go to Vizzed Board, each day.

I first join Vizzed back in January for the same reason (seemingly) half of all members did. I wanted to play the official Pokemon games, and realized I would need an account so I could play more than five times. I only posted in the Newbie Forum because I thought it was a requirement for me to introduce myself. Becoming a regular board member was never my intention.

When I first joined I got just for the RGR. But then I discovered the message boards and the cult of Vizzed sank in...

At first just try to do a search for playing Art of fighting 3........but then I saw that art of fighting 1 and art of fighting 2 were here but not the third and last version...

The main reason I joined the site at first was to watch old episodes of the Oringinal TMNT cartoon, as well as play retro games. Although I'm sad the RTR went down when the whole megaupload fiasco started, the RGR keeps me coming back every day!

I first joined just to play Pokémon yellow but as I watched my friend talk on the forums on the site he goes on I'm starting to get involved in the forums here.

I joined mainly because of the games that you can play on here,and RGR.

Interesting question... I've always loved forums, and I haven't been on an Acmlmboard since... Oh gosh, around 2004 I think. So when I saw that Vizzed was running something similar to Acmlmboard, I took an interest, and prayed that people actually posted here. When I saw the amount of activity--and granted, this was during the Tour de Vizzed--I thought this seemed like a perfect place to spend some free time. And when I read that words per post is just as important as posts per user, I was sold. IT'S DONE SON.

I joined because the board I was on got hacked and ruined. Most of the board membership migrated here so I came with. I've been here (on and off) ever since.

I actually didnt want to join at first lol funny story. My ex found this site and for like a month wanted me to join, but I was iffy cuz this was my first forum. Eventually I tried out the game room and had a lot of fun playing the Zelda hacks and a couple other games before I quickly reached the 5-game limit guests have. And I still didn't want to join lol. After a week or so of being stubborn I finally caved and figured "what harm could it do?" I signed up, didn't know what the heck I was doing, but I went for broke and just did it. Something I saw was along the lines of "the first thing you should do is make a welcome thread in the newbie forum" so I did before quickly going back to the games. Promptly 2 hours later I was getting very friendly welcomes from people like Light Knight plus Juliet's standard rundown of the navigation and it was different than I expected. I actually stopped playing the games altogether after about 2 months and I'm always excited over what the forum is about to offer next. I've been all about the forum instead ever since. Speaking of the advancement of the forum...

Anyone know the future of the new Item Shop? I've been on pins and needles ever since it was FIRST MENTIONED...

I first of this site back in 2009 while on youtube someone posted this site and thought they was laying about playing N64 games for free,so then when i went on I look at all sorts RGR they had but since yahoo never take my confirmation codes back when i wanted to register because my yahoo account was made back in 2000 so one time I left my screen on the emails then it automatically deleted itself ordering me to change my password I couldn't go back to it so I decided to make another account that accepted confirmation codes .So I started creating a account finally since yahoo wasn't helping me all of these years!

I joined because I wanted to be able to play games without having to actually download them. I also found out this site has a Harvest Moon game I've been wanting to play, so I signed up so I would be able to save it. I've actually been playing more Pokemon games than anything, though. They are hacks/not official games, but they have been pretty fun and taking up some of my free time, lol.
I also like that there's a forum here as well.

I first joined for the RGR, which is ironic, since I haven't even used the RGR since about a month after I joined. I kind of got sucked into posting. xD

It all started when I graduated from high school. Over the summer I didn't have a job, so I had all kinds of free time. I spent that free time learning basic programming in Java, so that I'd be ready for my first semester in college, and playing some SNES games on an emulator.

After an uneventful summer, I finally moved into my dorm on campus at the University of South Carolina. When I had visited the campus during my Freshman orientation I was ready to go home and never bothered actually looking at the dorm I was going to be living in. I knew it was going to be small and uncomfortable, but I wasn't ready for just how small it was gonna be. To make matters worse, my hallmates sucked (except the two who shared a bathroom with me, they were awesome... not because they shared a bathroom with me, correlation does not prove causation).

As if things weren't bad enough, my computer started running incredibly slowly. My only source of decent entertainment between classes, and my means of ignoring the disturbingly depressing surrounding I was in was becoming frustrating. Rather than uninstall a ton of programs I just wiped the entire hard drive and started from scratch. But I was afraid to use the campus's internet service to pirate video games, so I took to google to see if I could find a way to play SNES games without downloading them. I found a website, but it wasn't very good. After a little more searching (I was looking for Tecmo Super Bowl, specifically), I stumbled on this website and was in love with it immediately.

I joined only to play games, though, and never planned on becoming a part of the community. Then one day I had a problem and did what any other newb would do. I went into the chat room to ask whoever was on if they could help me. I was completely ignored, and figured I should try spending some time on the forums. I made a few meaningless posts, but still never expected to stay so I never did make a newbie post to introduce myself.

It didn't take long for me to have read about ~sakura~. For some reason that story made me interested in the site. I had no real connection to her, as her last post had been made before I joined, but it made me care enough to try to meet some of the people on this site.

I've tried posting a number of times, but I just can't make myself do it. I've all but come to accept that at this point, however. I can now be found spending an obscene amount of time in the chat room. The regulars in there are really the only people I've met. I do want to make an effort to meet the rest of the community, though, as I've enjoyed talking to the few people that I have met here. Maybe I'll try to be more active soon enough. Or maybe I'll wind up going inactive again. Only time will tell I guess.

Anyway, I'm done rambling on. That basically sums up why I joined the site, and why I am the member that I am now.
