Lol tea and coffee both have caffeine depending, but for me tea is a downer not an "upper". I like coffee some but not a lot. I love tea on the other hand, any kind of tea, any flavor, even iced tea, but I usually will drink tea warm-hot even in summer.

I prefer tea it cams the nerves right before a sparring match. Sparring can get pretty brutal when the guy your sparring with can lift over 100 pounds more than you, and has much better fighting skill.

wow i think im the onltone here that dosent really like tea, all the tea ive had tastes so bland, i used to hate coffee but i love it now i liek the buzz you get and whenever your feeling a bit lathargic all you need a good ol cup o joe to get you going again.

Gotta admit i used to have like 10 sugars in it but ive got it down to like 3 now and it still tastes delish

I like both, actually. I'll only really drink coffee when I need a good energy boost, though. That being said, I prefer tea. I don't like TOO much caffeine, and tea tends to have more flavor varieties anyway. I love green tea. Haha. =P
