BBnuge the moderator was way out of line.1. I was banned from chat without warning. . I was given this warning after I was already banned. 3. Note how this warning accuses me of flaming, with no examples of where and when I supposedly flamed anyone.

Here is what happened:

me and 3 or 4 other chatters were talking and quoting a band named linkin park. A chatter by the name of choko started ragging,FLAMING us, telling us  to stop, shut up, with talking about and quoting linkin park.

Then me and others told choko that everybody has their own opinions, and to not rag on us for ours.

Then I explained that rather then ragging on us, he or she should explain why he likes what he likes and why he dislikes what we like, instead of ragging on us, and that doing so promotes good logical,reasonable,rational,debate,discussion, and TOLERANCE, and acceptance of other peoples opinions, even when if you don't agree with them.

Then I even gave examples like:

Example: I like so and so music because it is jazzy, has a good rythmn or beat. And or:

Example: I don't like metallic, because they murder their voices and screech,etc

After that another chatter named Sunflower told me that I was pissing her off, and that I should stop and shut up.

I then said that  the reason why I was saying what I was saying was because of how choko was ragging on the rest of us, and that he or she was annoying us. I then said that choko was annoying us far more then I was annoying her sunflower, because of how choko was ragging on us.

Then I said if she sunflower was going to take choko's side, when choko was ragging on us, then both she sunflower and choko should just shut up about it and leave us alone.

Then I said that I didn't need ragging,intolerant,drama queens causing a lot of drama.

At that point BNuge wrongfully banned me. Here I am trying to get choko to stop ragging on us, and to be more tolerant, and accxepting of others opinions,etc, and I get banned for it.

And did choko get banned? No of course not.


You know I see chatters get away with far worse thing then anything I have done, and I ha vent done anything that bad.

For example last night there was a chatter named bobby, who was talking graphic sex talk in a family chat room on the site. He wouldn't stop when people asked him nicely to stop. Did he get banned? No of course not.

So I without mentioning names, indirectly made fun of the bs crap he was doing, by saying: that people who talk about sex all the time in places like family chat rooms usually dont get "IT" or get "any" and that anybody who is so fixated on "butts", and is a "Buttlicker" and a "ass kisser"  is a "wuss" isn't or doesn't get "it" or "any" and when he kept on talking dirty, and complained about what I said, I said I didn't mention his name, and that "where there is smoke, there is usually fire" and that "if the shoe fits wear it".

Instead of going after the victims of other peoples flaming,drama,ragging,crap,etc and banning them when they defend themselves, you should rather ban chatters like choko and bobby who either flame,attack,rag on,etc, or talk extremely dirty on a family chat room.

oh and btw you wont have to worry about me going back on chat for a while after the bs way I was banned and treated

OK i'm gonna explain this again 1. it wasn't a ban it was a kick. 2. you were flaming some people in chat.it was not wrongful it was a 15 minute kick it's not a big deal.mods will do what they feel is right to keep the chat a nice place to chat.

.....pardon my french but, I SAID ONE f***ING THING! It was not flaming Aeon went off on me after I said one thing just one freaking thing about the music.

Kid, it is a kick. A boot. Everyone gets that... It's practically a rite of passage on Vizzed. 

I'm a staff, I've gotten kicked and muted before. It's not a big deal. Not even close to thread-worthy.

Alright mike. You were kicked, not banned. Banned means you can't come back for days. Kicked only keeps you out for like 30 minutes or an hour. It's not a harsh punishment.

You were both getting kind of worked up. I've seen fights before that did end in actual bans. I wanted to stop this before it reached that point.

I tried to get your attention and choko's by putting your names in caps, then saying that I would kick both of you if you didn't stop. Choko stopped and started talking about something else. You continued the little argument. If I didn't kick you there it would have gotten worse. It always gets worse if one moves on and the other doesn't.

You got this warning after you were kicked to reinforce that you did break the flaming rule. You were harassing choko. You were kicked this time, but if you do it again you'll probably get banned.

We generally leave it to you to remember who you were flaming. It was sent shortly after you were kicked, so you should have realized that the two might be connected. Just to clarify, you flamed Choko453 in chat last night.
