It only kinda ends with the fifth badge, unless you do what I did.

I was able to get past the sinnoh guy, Brendan but it would not help any of you. I have this rom for VBA so I can take it anywhere and play. I had to use the walk through anything cheat to get past the glitch. The game becomes better on the other side.

The game probably ends with the elite four but for you guys playing online, you kinda have a demo, which creates interest but you do not have complete access. will upload screen shots of my snorlax and fuchsia and stuff.

You do not need to cheat to get through this game, I consider it resolving the glitch. Enjoy, hope this little guide helps.
