Have you ever failed something that was supposedly fail-proof? This is not the most serious question, but whatever your answer a good explanation will help. You could say I once failed the eye exam. When the eye doctor asked me the typical, "which one is clearer; #1, or #2?" Several times, because I could not make up my mind and the doctor forgot to give me the option of saying "they are about the same," I tried to guess which lenses were clearer to me. I ended up with a pair of reading glasses when I needed glasses for long distances. So, have you failed at something "unfailable" or "idiot-proof?"

I guess this wouldn't be a "total epic fail" as I didn't exactly did it, but at the same time I did.


Basically, being the healer in my party for Dungeons and Dragons. I was preforming first aid on somebody's face. I rolled a 1 and stab the needle in my ally's eyeball.

I was sniping in Black Ops in Search & Destroy. I was the last member alive on my team. The other team also had one member, who was also sniping. The score was tied 3 to 3. I had him in my sights, and he didn't see me. I went for the head shot and BARELY missed him. He saw me and killed me. A true epic fail.

i woke up one morning and stretched, and my arm caught the wire for my bed lamp(which was on a shelf above me).it was shaped like a crystal ball and weighed a tonne(exageration obviously, but believe me, it was pretty damn heavy).it slid off the shelf and hit me in the head.i sat there for a second before crumpling back to the bed and using every swear word i could think of. it seriously hurt, im surprised i never knocked myself out.
side note i threw the damn thing out as soon as id regained vision, lol.
what a great start to a day, i cant even wake up succesfully.
