In the last month I have read 4 books, and they are:

Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay
Spectacular book about a police lab guy who is secretly a serial killer that kills serial killers. The books explores his mind, and how everything works with him.

Rash by Pete Hautman
Really good book about a dystopian future where safety overtook freedom, and everything potentially unsafe is banned, and anybody caught doing them gets imprisoned. The book is about a kid with a temper who gets crapped through their system.

Blank Confessions by Pete Hautman
Retelling of a story of a kid who walks into a police office to confess that he's killed a man.

Tears of a Tiger
I had to do this one for English class. It's about a drunken car crash that resulted in the death of the captian of the basketball team, and how his best friend lost all sense of a future because of it.

I recently read lord of the flies for school. I honestly didn't really like the novel though. It was slow and boring.

I just finished reading "Ender's Game", It's probably the best book I ever read, one the few that I was able to go through in one sitting.

I read Cyrano recently (although I guess it counts more as a play), and I can say without a doubt that I enjoyed every page.

Under the Dome by Stephen King was the last book I read. It was the 9th King book I have read, and man was it good. Even though it's over 1,000 pages, I finished it in 4 days, because it was that good.

I read the book animal farm and it was really good, just a little odd at first, but then it made sense and I liked it.

I just recently read a tale of 2 cities because I am required to read it this summer for my advanced english class next year. It is a really good book and I finished it early, my Mom had this book at nome and told me about it and then I started reading and I really liked it. Overall it was a really good book and I bet I am the only one who read it early on in the summer, most read towards the end and some don't read at all and they might just read a website summary and they fail. I like to read and I thought it was a really great book.

I just read The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint - Exupery, and I really like it. It's pretty simple to read, has little illustrations in almost every page, and pretty entertaining.

I just finished What You Make It by Michael Marshall Smith,a sometimes twisted and grotesque collection of short stories, some of them really blew me away, the best one is the first one in the book called "More Tomorrow" about a guy working in an office who receives emails that have pictures of a woman he knows in them, and a message always says "More Tomorrow",so each day he gets a new email and more pics of the woman, and it soon gets quite dark and devastating, the ending of that one left me cold

It's been a while since I read a book. I think the last book I read was the last book in the Hunger Games Series, to be completely honest. Wow. that's a shame. I need to start reading again.

Dragoon26 : I want to read "Under the Dome" so bad, but I don't think I could get a library copy of the book before I go back to school next month But maybe over one of my breaks, since I don't have time to read during the school year.

I've been watching the television show-- it's pretty awesome.

~~

I just finished "Little Brother" by Cory Doctorow the other day.

It's gotten me to think about a lot of things-- basic American rights, what would happen if another terrorist attack would happen on America, Internet/physical privacy. A lot of things, along with sparking an interest in programming.

Right now, I'm reading "Homeland," the sequel to "Little Brother." It's just as great. ^^

I just read the tale of 2 cities book. It is a classic by charles dickens and I had to read it for my advanced english class next year as a sophomore. It is over 400 pages but I finished it in a week. It was a really good book and I will probably read it again before summer ends so it stays fresh in my mind in case there is a test on it when school starts back up again.

I like to read and I am a frequent reader. I read a lot because I find it relaxing and also because there are many benefits of reading like increased vocabulary, and improved spelling and grammar. So I think it is important and I read a lot.

I just read the Fablehaven series. It was sooooooo good.
And now I'm rereading Harry Potter, just for the fun of it.

The last book I read was "The Cay". It was about a kid named Phillip who got stranded on an island with an old man named Timothy. It was a really good book and I was very disappointed in how the movie turned out compared to the book.
