Great stuff! 'Sonic - Final Showdown' is a thoughtfully-made, challenging hack of Sonic 1.

The bosses were pleasingly difficult, don't be put off by the first zone boss which is unchanged (it just takes more hits to kill), the other bosses have been cleverly modified to give a challenging and satisfying game. As soon as you reach the second boss you're like, oh wow, clever.

I was disappointed to see that the final boss was unchanged, given how stupidly easy that boss is, but overall the game remains brilliant. gosh darnit the Labyrinth boss was difficult.

'Sonic - Final Showdown' is brilliant, I highly advise you to play it.
