I have to say Xenogears is my favorite for music. I love the whole sound track even the extra sound tracks that were done. Oh and Over Clocked remix site hase LOADS of great Xenogears remixes! Go to http://www.ocremix.org and search up Xenogears, you'll be able to find awsome remixes of the sound track. As usuall there are some duds, but most of the remixes are cool.

There are so much that I can't list them all in one comment. I bet a lot would agree that Final Fantasy VII and Final Fantasy VIII has wonderful boss music. I also like the gym leader music in pokemon black and white.
