Now, I know what you're thinking: "Wow, A Pokemon hack that'll let me catch every single one!" Well, this game does that for the most part, and the variety of creatures is fantastic. Not only do you get Pokemon from Fire Red and Leaf Green, you get creatures from Gold and Silver, with sprites that have been given a fantastic upgrade from their GB Color originals.
However, nothing else is really different from Emerald, save for a few bonus islands, and a cave where you can catch all 3 generations of starter pokemon. Same story, same gym battling, same contests. Nothing really new plot-wise.
The one fatal drawback of this game is that, with any other hacked rom of GBA pokemon, you can't play after you beat the Elite Four and become the Champion. You just can't. Which means no Latios or Latias, and no after-E4 Legendaries like Celebi or Deoxys. This, of course, is LAME.
