E.V.O. is a side-scrolling action/RPG. You start out as a fish, and work your way through the game by evolving yourself with evolution points, that you earn by killing other creatures and eating their meat.

Graphics are pretty decent considering its age. 7/10

Sound is average, nothing Fancy. 5/10

Addictiveness is high, due to the urge to gather meat and see what new evolutions await. 10/10

Story isn't that comprehensive, but is good enough to give a basic understanding of whats happening. 7/10

Depth is ok, not a lot of places to go, but areas are unique. 8/10

The game is fairly easy at times, but can get very difficult with bosses. 9/10

Overall, I give this game a 8/10. If you enjoy unique RPGs, then I would recommend this game for you.
