Majora's Mask is a lot harder because there is a time limit to get things done, which provides some fun challenges.  Plus, I couldn't play Ocarina of Time all the way through so I have to say Majora's Mask.

Omg you guys!! you voted for majora mask over Ocarina in time?Well that make since back then i did heard that Majora mask have a higher rating score over Ocarina in time it even sold more.But i have to go with Ocarina in time over majora mask when i played MM when i had rented it i have no idea that you have to reset time in order to live i thought you have at least 3 days to beat the game that was b.s! I'm sure it happens to every gamers that played it they died because of time here.

It was a difficult choice, but I eventually gave it to Ocarina of Time.  All in all, the storyline felt stronger, while in Majora's Mask I wound up feeling like I was cleaning up side quests every time I started the three days over.  The thing that made it difficult to choose was that Majora's Mask was a harder game than Ocarina of Time to fully complete.
