Yes. Walking is my favorite form of exercise. I don't get too sweaty for walking, and its relaxing for me. Also, I like walking my dog. I walk my dog at least 2 times a day, one in the afternoon and one in the morning. And I also walk with my mom in early in the morning. So in total, I walk 3 times a day.. [At least 3 times per day]

Besides walking home from school and such, Well yeah! I kind of actually agree with you! Most times when I need a breath of fresh air, I just go outside and walk for a little because I know that It will cool ALL of my anger down! Do you ever do this man? For example, Sometimes I just like to walk because I know It Is what will help me lose weight so I won't become a fatso like my dad! Just kidding, He Is not really that fat, But still, He Kind of Is! Now On a weekday like last week, Here Is my walking Chart, I walk to school In the morning, I walk a little In the morning when I am waiting for the school gates to open So I can start my day, I walk to my first period, Then I walk to my second period, I go to my locker then to get anything else That I need for later, I get to my third period, Then I get to my fourth period, I finally walk to the cafeteria After that, Then I walk around ALOT in the school field, Then I start walking to my sixth period, Then I start walking to the GYM for my seventh period, I then actually start RUNNING In PE, Then I walk a little more, Then After that I walk back to the locker room to get back Into my normal clothes, Then I walk to my final eighth period class, Then after all of that! I finally end It all by talking my 30 minute walk back home! My house Is not far, But still!

I exercise 3 times a week. When I go the gym the first thing I always do is get on the treadmill. I usually set it to 4 miles speed start. So I walk for about 1 minute and then run for 9 minutes. So walking isn't really my type of exercise. But if you are planning on working out, it's best to walk first don't just straight up run because it will hurt. You need to get your blood pumping. This is how I do it anyways, could be different from other strategies. It's pretty much common sense.

Well, I do not walk to get exercise on purpose, but I end up doing so anyways, as my family does not have a car here, and that's sort how we get around (to nearby places, that is) . If not, we call a Taxi, but we never usually have to go anywhere far.

No, I don't walk when I need exercise. I usually run a few miles and do some arm and core workouts. If I have to use the treadmill I'll do an hour on 6 mph with some slope. Walking is really a relaxing break rather than an effort.

I walk for exercise all the time (though I don't get out as often as I'd like to). We don't have a vehicle of any kind, so we mainly get around by either walking or taking the bus.

Based from my experience, I got tired easily and breathing heavily for a long time rest even after running for 100 metres. However, after I kept doing that at certain day till now, my heart beat has improved better. I could rest for only a few seconds and then continue running with high spirit. Maybe this is what in science called the process of  "Negative Feedback", the biological system in our body. Do you know? That is the process that reduces the output of a system in order to stabilize or re-establish internal equilibrium in our body.

Yeah I walk and run sometimes. Sometimes I go out my house and walk around the whole place block past block. I am getting pretty good exercise but only sometimes I have a chance to do that. I also run when I feel like it, seems like the same exercise but faster.
