No. That would kinda ruin the whole show (if it isnt ruined already). If his Pikachu evolves into a Raichu, then it'd be powerful enough to eliminate anything. That said, Raichus look cooler then Pikachus.

hackerman : No clue. I know I've finished the Kanto and Johto dex, gotten pretty far in the Hoenn dex, got about 3/4 of the Pokemon in Sinnoh, and like 1/4 of the Pokemon in Unova.
