Finished downloading it recently and am about to watch it. From what I've heard people have mixed reviews, however the majority said it was good. Anyone here see it yet? Is it good in your eyes?

I liked the movie based on how it involved war and the way the aliens use their power (I won't say how they do).
The sci-fi aspect of it is very intriguing.

Honestly, it wasn't bad at all. Kinda good actually. I liked how realistic the military ops were for the characters and how the different branches worked together. I can tell you from being in the Army that how they handled things in the movie is pretty what would happen in real life, minus a little bit of the drama. I was satisfied with how the military was portrayed. That, and the movie is definitely worth watching at least once. You should check it out.

I saw it in theaters and I was glad I did. This was a very good film, and I agree with your sentiment at how they portrayed the military. I wasn't very impressed by how they made the ONE Army guy wuss out and take the medivac right at the beginning of the movie, but you know what? This movie was more about the USMC anyway.

But overall it was a very good action flick that was, even though it was science fiction, fairly well-grounded in reality. You hardly see that executed well.

It was an awesome movie. The animation in it looked like real life. I am a big fan of scifi movies and this scifi movie is one of the greatest ever. Although it had a lot of foul language in it, it was amazingly and totally awesome.
