I've always loved the teams I pick. The only one I can completely remember is from Pokémon Colosseum.

Quagsire and Raikou, Entei and Tropius, Absol and Medicham

That game was exclusively double battles, so it was better to have 3 sets of Pokémon who battle well as partners.
