My top 3 would have to be:
1: John Petrucci - Dream Theater - His Complicated riffs mixed with solos ranging from heavy to emotional makes him one of the best guitarists I know.

2: Jari Maenpaa - Wintersun - An Amazing guitarist, for as complicated his songs are he still manages to sing at the same time.

3: Synester Gates - Avenged Sevenfold - Although he is not the greatest guitarist he always makes songs and solos go together perfectly.
My top 3 would have to be:
