First open regedit, or any regeristry program you use.
To open the standard regedit click :
Start > Run
Then type regedit.

Now you have to find a certain value, and change it.
*looks for value*
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMain
Navigate to that, then look on the right of screen for a somthing with the name of 'Window Title' Then to the far right of that, in the data colum there is somthing.
Double click on the Window Title, then edit the window title.
Then just click ok.

I havnt found out how to do this yet in FF, but there is a way.
