I really can't stand the Stone Tower Temple. I was stuck on it for so long that I don't even have the motivation to replay Majora's Mask. I just think that I'll get stuck on it again and lose interest. All of the flipping upside down over and over again was too confusing.

My least favorite was the Water Temple and inside Jabu Jabus belly from Ocarina of time. Both were difficult and took a long time to beat...but I did eventually.

Great Bay Temple from Majora's Mask. It's WAY more confusing then the water temple in my opinion. Albeit the water temple is annoying with the iron boots swapping, it doesn't make it HARDER.
