But more than graphics make a good game... What about story lines? Characters, Turn points, plot, all that sorta stuff.

Ok ok he pointed out a character. But even if a game was... grayscale with umm.. 10 PPI i think that if the game had an awesome story line it would still be a good game. Of course i over exagerated with the 10 PPI and stuff but you get the idea.

FF7 the best rpg ever made.

I loved FF6 to death. If Chrono Trigger had not come out, FF6 would probably still be my favorite game for the SNES. And to this day, it is still my favorite game in the series -- basically because I think FF has gone to pot lately and doesn't show any signs of recovering, at least not while Square-Enix is beating the series into the ground with sequel after sequel after sequel.

I mean, seriously -- when the sequel numbers start getting above ten, it's just a bit ridiculous. By comparison, Square has shown little to no interest in their other successful franchises, chief among them being Chrono. It irks me that they think they'll be able to survive on FF alone, and that they assume that anything with the title Final Fantasy will automatically be a bestseller.

Mark my words...one of these days the fans will lose interest in FF, and only then will S-E finally sit up and take notice.

Yea, Final Fantasy 3/6 were amazing, just as good as FInal Fantasy 7, if not better, and about Square-Enix's growing "conglomeration" Stoney is absolutely right, is it neccesary for them to milk every last drop out of FF7? I mean yea it was/is a great game and I want to play Dirge of Cereberus but I would be able to die happy if they started another series as well done as Final Fantasy(unless that's asking too much from SE).

Personally, I would have to say FF VII. Why, because it's wot started my addiction to that particular rpg..... Loved it!! Mind you, i love all of them...lol

Yeh, FF7 is the best. I think, of its time, it was like the best RPG game around.

Of all of the FF games I have played I think that FF10 is the best because of the main character, Tidas. He is one of the best characters I have ever seen.

Uhh, no.

Zack attempted to stop Sephiroth but failed and was thrown back out to the room with all the mako 'egg sacs' as i like to call them. Cloud, over come with anger of Tifas injuries, took Zack's weapon. Zack's last words being along the lines of "You've got to stop him Cloud" something useless like that.

Cloud runs into Jenova's room. And Sephiroth basically walks right past him. Then when Sephiroth is about to get to the exit Cloud runs out and trys to attack him. He is stabbed and lifted byt Sephiroths Masuame. Cloud, using strength (gained from Emotion and the fact that he is an embodiment of Mako), he threw sephiroth over the edge into the crystallized mako.

Thats how it all went down. Geez, if i knew anyone had gotting something wroung bout FFVII i woulda fixed it sooner.
