I have been betrayed once. My best friend, who is like a brother to me, promised me, after he stopped all of his gang activity, that he would not get involved in anything like that again. A few years later I haven't seen him for over a year and I hear from another friend of ours that he and one of his friends have gotten involved again. Sadly it took a friend of his getting shot in a drop to realize it was a bad idea. I felt so betrayed and hurt when I heard about what he did, but he is my bro.....I forgave him and I just hope nothing else like this happens again.

Well not my friends, my ex girlfriend did. She would date a female behind my back. I knew she was bisexual, but I didn't think she would cheat on me by dating a female without telling me.

i felt betrayed by my whole friend group at one point theyve all got couples now so the whole group split and only really talk to each other in break in their spare time they just go out with their couples but then over time they didnt even speak to each other in break they just sat in their coupels and then the group was no more so i had to go and get a new friend group, ive got one know but it still sux cos i really liked my friend group :/ life goes on

Without specifics, I will have to say yes. The long story short, however, is that I rarely uses the term "friend" without a very solid foundation of trust, and why sometimes on posts you will see me use parenthesis around words like friend or comrade.
