I wouldn't do it for shallow personal appearance reasons. If I had some kind of accident, sickness, etc. that caused a deformation, then I would probably consider it.

Eww, not after what I've seen happen to celebrities. Some of them don't even look human, and it's disgusting. I for one am happy with the way I look, well except for my hair, It's really annoying at times, but other than that I completely happy.

I would not get surgery for such purposes.  Like what many of the others said I would get surgery if I had a deformation, but I am quite happy with how I look.  Besides, anyone who knows me (real life friend and acquaintances) cannot forget this face.

If I had the option to magically change my nose, yes. It's a little stubby.

But to go through plastic surgery just to change my nose? Nope.

Just not right for me.

Beside, I'm kinda against plastic surgeries because they have a negative impact on your life, internally.
