Nah, I'm kidding... Eat healthy, it does wonders. That, coupled with exercise, will make your life easy. (except when you're all sweaty and heaving your breathing out and in)

I found eating smaller portions and jogging every day for 15 mins helps lose weight quickly every time. My weight goes up every couple of years and I have to start the serious exercise thing again, it's not that I stop exercising I just love to eat ! :^) and it creeps back on bit by bit. Mmmm got me a craving for chilli burritos and nachos now

simple maths eat less and make sure what you eat is healthy and exercise more than what you take in
also drink alot of water to keep hydrated, the best exercises to do are anythign cardio just google it and you can get a ton of cardio exercises to do. GOOD LUCK
