just found out more about my video card it is integrted in my motherboard and is a Xpress 200 series ixp 450 ATI.

a whole bunch of drivers, including the ones you need, should be in the download on that page.
Just download the .exe file at the bottom of the page and install it on the laptop and that should be that.
