With school approaching, the anticipation is high.So..i was wondering, what classes are you all taking, and do you think your gunna put your best effort into the on comming year?

I dunno/forgot what im taking..i know spanish 2 is in it, but i dunno. I'll post it when i get my schedule

Im taking:
Shop vocational class: Information Systems Technology 3 periods
Physics 1 period
English 11 1 period
Geometry(Im generally not too bad at math but ive always been in the lower classes)
Economics

I'm looking forward to going back to school due to my vocational classes, my classes will be a bit more interesting this year since I got to pick them myself. My school recently underwent a huge schedule shift, we went from taking academics for one full week and vocational classes the next week to cramming it all into one day.

We have registration next monday mike. I forgot what i was taking too.

I feel so old... In college. DAMN

juniors are tuesday at 9-12 am

My classes would be: Advertising Art & Design for three periods
Geometry
Economics
College Preparation English and
AP Chemistry


Disregarding gym (my worst subject...).

Well, I'm still in summer classes, and I'm taking Stats, Programming, and Philosophy right now. I'll get about a month break over late August and most of September, and then I'm taking a few ECE classes, a lab, an Engineering Ethics class, and an English class.

I took like all the easiest classes...I like taking the easy way out of things...but I can't remember all the classes. I don't really look forward to this year, because everyone I used to hang out with is fighting. I plan on makin' new friends this year. We get our schedule on the first day. We have like 15 minutes to look for our first hour class...(mainly for freshman)...but yea..anyway...I hope this year is better then last. With each year (since 8th)..my grades have been gettin' better...so...hopefully I'll at least make it to the "B" Honor Roll..

we begin school years at the beginning of the year, around the start of Feb, then finish around Dec. but year 12's get a shorter year than everyone else 'cause of exams.

We also get holidays in split intervals, instead of 12 weeks all at once.

Term 1 [approx 10 weeks]
-2 weeks holidays-
Term 2 [approx 10 weeks]
-2 weeks holidays-
Term 3 [approx 10 weeks]
-2 weeks holidays-
Term 4 [approx 10 weeks]

Thats wierd, most of the schools here have 50 min classes and seven classes a day, nine months a year. But the growing trend is block scheduling Where a class is like 2 and a half hours long. And some schools are going all year now too. I thiunk its 3 or 4 days of school then 3 or 4 days off.


But yes, I too have graduated HS. I just registered for my classes today.

another comp class... SOmthing with the basic comp stuff
Music app.
and choir.

I really am not good at math and thats what I have to do with a CS major so that kinda sucks. If I take three more credit hours then I can have a dual Math/CS major and that would be pimp to have.... THen I would get ran over by a train and it wouldn't matter anyways.


BUT I have some advice to offer the HS on the board. LIke Belial says do all you can because You won't regret any of it. But you very well may regret not doing things. Make good friends and try to keep them. Somtimes I miss my old friends from other schools. It sad how friendships die like that. They are like an organism really. You have to feed them or they will die and or turn on you. Do everything the best you can... I always want to go back and get better grades and do better in football.

I have classes with you mike! And thanks for giving me a ride to registration. My frikin mom forgot about it, and i left her an fin note on the counter that she read cuz her reading glasses were right in front of it.

I don't know what I'm gonna be having, I'm gonna be a freshman and I switch schools from private to public. But I will post it later when I get the scheduel I know football will by my P.E. at sixth period. Then basketball when it starts, then regular P.E. for weight training.

I always liked Gym untill eighth grade. Then it got where people were all very mean. And I always felt sorry for the kids that were picked last.
