Yes, it'd be cool, but it would be cooler to create an original platformer like mario. Or somthing along those lines. I guess if you thought it wouldn't be much work then I give it a thumbs up. But my guess is it would take at least 57 hours+

Anyways, I was thinkin of an idea... having one of my 'side-kick' characters star in his own game, and he runs around various 2d games, such as a level on mario bros, megaman, and various other games, and he'd fight the enemies on those levels in his own way...but yeah, that's just adding more work to a previous idea

anyways, maybe I could find someone else who is talented in flash to work on this project with me, and just have bigbob do the publishing of the game.

Yeah, that will require a bit of code changing. Which means a bit more work. prehaps a 'pack' containing al the sound placed in a specified folder than Flash will call from, that way it will load relativly quick.

I have programs to compressa MP3 files down to a pretty small size. I could easily get a 3 MB song down to less than 1 MB with hardly any noticeable quality loss... takes time though
