Well, the final boss of Vectorman is annoying because of the setting. Your on top of a tornado, with platforms flying all over the place, so sometimes it's hard to get a shot at Warhead (name of the final boss). Plus, once Warhead is damaged, he'll start using attacks that are harder to avoid.
Let the words of the Contra fan sink into your destructive mind.......Well, the final boss of Vectorman is annoying because of the setting. Well that would be hard to answer, considering I've been in alot of annoying boss battles. But I think the most annoying boss battle to me was Mithos battle from Tales of Symphonia, you would think after beating him the first time the game is over, but noooooo he goes into a 2nd form that's even harder to beat, and by now I'm almost sure that your out of healing items and such..so it usually always takes more then one try to beat him. x-x

I would have to say... Phantasm Stage Boss from Touhou 7: Perfect Cherry Blossom, Yukari Yakumo. I don't see anyone can beat her. I've seen people on youtube beat her, but I can't. She's crazy hard! Fighting her makes me so fustrated!

The most annoying for me was playing Suikoden II, when I had to trap Luca Blight.
I had 3 groups of 6 people, unfortunately most of the characters in the groups were weak because I didn't use them. So then he killed my first group, second, then took half an hour to kill my third. So I reorganized, it took him 15 minutes to kill my next group. So I went to one of my previous saves over stalked everyone with Items and upgraded armor. So it's the 3rd time, it took a half an hour for my first group to beat him up, a half an hour for my second group to beat him up, and 10 minutes for my third. It took a long time, can you guess witch group was my strongest?

Dark Link from Zelda II. If you got to him, you know why. He's hard to hit, and he often blocks or dodges your attacks, then hits you for damage. You'll have to be very lucky to beat him.

That boss before Dark Link is just as annoying. IT spits fireballs all over the screen, making it hard to run up and hit him with your sword.

Fighting the Frankenstein monster and that little devil of his in Castlevania was probably the most annoyingly frustrating experience that I ever had. Just knowing that this wasn't even hardest boss and that it took years to finally beat definitely made it earn its place on here for me. Once, I beat it and right before the final blow, he threw a dagger at me while I was stuck in the corner...and I died so it was back to square one. Another time, I forgot to save...luckily I tried again and within 15 minutes I won again!
