I would have to say that Kefka from Final Fantasy VI is the guy(?) that I hate most. He really is the most evil villain that I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in a game. I loved the World of Balance and then he just ruins it, kills the cool General dude, separates the whole gang, and protects himself with hella enemies, dragons, and cheapness in his domain. Not too mention, he's pretty creepy. I mean, I love creepy clowns as much as the next guy (okay...maybe a little more) but still, he's just a big jerk.
