What exactly has the president done that makes him deserving of losing his position? Signing bills into law is not a impeachable offence. Even if they were struck down at some point by the courts.

I'm not saying I agree with the policies that he and the democrats have been pushing (at least, not all of them... there are a few things I've heard about that aren't bad), but he was elected and gets his 4 years to lead the country. If he does something illegal then by all means get rid of him. Until then you just have to put up with the fact that you don't like the president.

Imagine how some people felt from 2001-2008

calm down. lol. i do not know much of polotics. but as for my opinion on the current president i do not think that he should run the country alone. there should be a council for that. no one man can run a entire country properly. so my answer is no he shouldn't be outted but there should be at least 5 to 10 people for that.

[sigh]... I am calm. Those were just questions for you...

as for the "council"... what do you think Congress and the Senate are? And there is the Cabinet members who give advice and stuff to the President. Plus the Legislative and Judicial branches of the government act as checks and balances (or should) to the power of the executive branch (president).

oh hm. forgot about them. lol. i am Canadian but the some aspects of the usa intruige me. i want to learn more but also i think that the cabinet and the political offices are mostly filled with corrupt people who are only out for money and there own selfs and not the wants and needs of the people themselves. no offence.

I wouldn't say mostly.... but there are definitely corrupt people in politics. And in my opinion you rarely make it to the top without being corrupt.

I bet the last president who wasn't corrupt was JFK and look what happened to him. Since then I can't pick a single president who wasn't corrupt in some way. Maybe Reagan. Other than him I doubt there is anyone who really did what was best for the country over anything or anyone else.

mhm. yes. what i do not understand is why isn't anything being done about it when they do something wrong in polotics. i understand that the president is almost un-touchable but what about all of the other corrupt poloticiens?

many of them are appointed by other corrupt politicians...

some are elected and can be gotten rid of every 4-6 years.

The real problem is that many politicians are only seen as corrupt depending on your party affiliation. The Democrats think the Republicans are corrupt and the Republicans think the Democrats are corrupt.... and they're probably both right. We need a system where voting isn't decided based on party affiliation (whether in elections or in congress).

and also you know that the votes are not tampered with ethier. personally i do not think that the peoples votes really do matter. they don't choose who gets to be the next president. that would be to risky for the people in charge. =I
