Okay, so Crono was watching Ranma 1/2 several hours ago and noticed that the show just so happened to be created by the same person who created InuYasha. Not only that but the person who voice acts both of the main characters in both shows. Crono recommends that you should know atleast a little about ONE of the shows. Anyways, Crono thinks they are both awesome fighters and now Crono asks you "Who would win in a battle between Ranma and InuYasha?" Here is some special info on both characters:


Ranma vs InuYasha Crono believes that it can easily go both ways with InuYasha winning more often and both would be beat up a lot. (unless one of them got really lucky like InuYasha throwing a wind scar fast enough that Ranma can't dodge (though Ranma would probably survive it) or Ranma is near a huge supply of heat like a volcano (Makes it easier to throw hiryu shoten ha's and Ranma has demonstrated the ability to gather up energy from the environment, it's how he beat Herb.)

First Ranma has killed. He killed Saffron even though Saffron was reborn he still died.

Crono thinks InuYasha is faster, stronger, more durable (especially if he's wearing the rat armor), more willing to kill, holds back less, and may heal faster than Ranma but Crono wouldn't count Ranma out.

Ranma is more adaptative (will revise and make up new techniques based on old techniques mid-battle), faster up close (hundreds of punches within seconds and able to dodge fast enough well within a swarm of bees to not be stung), also incredibably durable (ex. when ranma was weak Ryoga punched Ranma hard enough that he left a crater in the mountain and it didn't even knock Ranma out also was taking Herbs Ki blasts which were powerful enough that it eventually collapsed the mountain, took many of Ryoga's Shi Shi Hodoken), massive stamina (InuYasha may have more but unknown Ranma was able to swim the sea of Japan and fight with Ryoga all night long and still beat Kodachi during the match), Ranma also heals far faster then a regular human (during pill box arc he was unable to beat himself up enough to trick people because it would heal to fast and during the Ryu Kumon arc Ranma got really hurt and was fine by the end of the day). InuYasha maybe stronger but Ranma isn't weak even Ranma's girl side can lift multi-ton boulders as seen during the Orachi story arc. Shoved one in the Orachi's mouth faster than the Orachi could close his mouth.

InuYasha appears to mainly be a brawler who telegraphs his attacks. Ranma should have very little trouble dodging most of InuYasha's attacks.

That aside, Crono thinks Ranma would win, or atleast a close draw.

Okay, now it's your turn to give your opinion.

Personally, I like Ranma1/2 much better. While I don't watch a whole ton of anime, Inuyasha aggravated me because of the characters being generally annoying. Most anime I've seen fits that description. However, R1/2 was actually really amusing and the fight scenes were great.

The fighting scenes do pwn that of InuYasha's as it was usually a hit and run. InuYasha, slash jump back, stand/stare, repeat. While Ranma 1/2 was all over the place.

I picked InuYasha, because I loved the Anime, it was awesome, as for Ranma, I've got to see it some more. As for the mangas, I also pick InuYasha, because I haven't read the Ranma manga yet.

My vote is for Ranma, it was a close call for me, but I beleive I like Ranma slightly better than I did Inuyasha. Plus, I don't think Inuyasha would win in a fight against him, except for the fact that he's beast! (literally, lol)

the only anime i care for watching is dbz but out of these choices i'd go with Ramma

I've only seen a little bit of Ranma and I already like it better than Inuyasha. Inuyasha was good before it kept repeating its plot over and over again.

Crono agrees with you JMC. InuYasha was all like, kill Naraku, filler-filler-filler-romantic drama- Naraku revives, kill Naraku, repeat.
