I was playing pokemon ruby destiny life of guardians and it suddently glitch. When i was trying to walk,the camera move but not the character. please tell me how to fix the glitch?

You could try getting a different browser or closing the game, waiting an hour or so, and then trying it.

That's probably a glitch within the game. Some of the Pokemon hacks have bugs in them and that's completely out of my control. Sorry.
