Midna, because she wasn't even nearly as annoying as Navi. "Hey! Listen!" over, and over, and over again... "Hey! Listen! HEY! LISTEN! HEY!!!!!! LISTEN!!!!!" I swear, I was going to throw my controller at the T.V. if I heard it one more time. Luckily, I beat the game at about that time lol.

Plus, Midna has a waaaay better backstory than Navi (if Navi even had one I can't remember too well) And also, she didn't always bug you for your attention constantly, plus she was actually quite a bit more commanding than Navi, which I appreciated, because Midna actually gave you some decent advice.
