I have another:

Hide in the bushes, and whenever a mascot comes into sight, sprint full speed and push them over. It will increase the fun AND chances of you getting kicked out if you rip a piece off the costume to keep as a "trophy" of sorts. Afterward, run and hide in some bushes to lay in wait for the next mascot.

Another method, which involves a friend or awesome random stranger, would be to Roxbury all the princesses.
