We do have rules, the only thing that isn't covered in the rules is Speed and Agility, which would be hard to use in SIM Battles.

I dont understand what you mean by "sources".

And yeah, if your weight is higher than your strength, you cannot battle. Your strength determines how much you can carry.

Dont know, not sure exactly what it would do. Now, if your speed is greatly higher than your opponents agility, than you'd be able to do double hits once and a while... I just dont think there'll be any critical hits though.
