well iv never actualy added anyone but when they add me i just add them back.on any other site i wouldnt but i dont actualy use the chat bar or friend quick links so i dont really care,most things like anime,megaman and pokemon are the usual topics and i dont really care to talk about those so...
There was 1 guy that added me so i returned the add then he deleted me,maybe he was trying to make his people that have added him bar big so his profile look better,idk but i noticed and removed him back.
The only people i wouldnt add back are ones i have seen deliberately spamming or one guy who will remain nameles that that started insulting me when i was a noob.

I just tend to let people add me, and if the name is something I've SEEN on the forums (I've been around a LOT)
