Electivire is really good. The problem with him in games (excluding hacks) is his way of evolution. Trade + electrizer? But if you have a friend and manage to trade it it is great! And he's also the only electric type to learn earthquake. So with that I'll give it a 7/10

Flygon is good! I am more of an old school Pokémon person, but the only thing that Flygon seems overly weak to is ice types, however, I like that fact that he avoids ground attacks and spikes.
