When I used it a lot (I used to talk more than 4 hours per day), I have to charge it 3 or 4 times per week.
But I don't use it very much lately, so I charge it only once a week, now.

probably every 2 - 3 days. I talk on my phone a fair bit and the battery is pretty crappy on my phone so it dies pretty fast. It's annoying but I've just gotten used to having to charge it up that often.
