That should be under the Minipic option. Click on that link. Alternatively, I think this shortcut link should work.

Beyond that I believe all you need is a little knowledge of HTML and some images you've uploaded on the Internet. septembern, who made my layout, kept the images he required on Imageshack. You could also use tinypic.
