Stat wise, I think Garchomp would win. It's pretty fast, has a really good attack stat, and has great moves to utilize its stats. Of course, the four- times weakness to ice is no fun, but all of the psuedo- legendaries have that weakness, and all of your choices besides Kingdra also have that.
Coolness wise, I love Flygon. It's really cool, cute, and has pretty decent stats. Unfortunately, Garchomp and the others would probably kill it in a fight.
Also, I'm not sure if you did this on purpose, but you didn't put Altaria on your poll list. It's the only fully evolved non-legendary dragon that you don't have your list. (I wasn't sure if you did this on purpose or not)

Well, I have to go with Salamence. Why? Because it has intimidate which will cut the attack of all it's opponents and then completely wipe the floor with it's opponents with it's 2x power vs the rest of the dragons and also it will get a STAB bonus.
