Harassment, stalking, and slander. Fun!

While the zebra comment I believe was used against white/black mix it is still a slur and I doubt the judge would care that he couldn't get the race mix right since it was obviously meant that way. Restraining order?

That is the eventual plan at this point. We've got a little leg work to do before we're going to the police. We plan to talk to ISP's and to the site that hosts the blog to see what info we can get.... hopefully by doing that first then the police will have an easier time getting that info if we can't.

We haven't heard from the management company as of yet that we used to work for.... but until we do we really can't move forward.... we need a lot of the e-mails that were sent to people in that company as part of the proof that it's the same guy.

I know a thing or two about complaining tenants and ect. I live in an eight story apartment building and been there all my life. Some new tenants don't pay their rent for six months and get evicted this has happened at least five times. I never complained to the Super or the Landlord we do ask politely and tentatively for fixing up things in the bathroom or kitchen.

we rarely hear from them but when we did they were very nice and very understanding about the way things worked....

it was only a few tenants that were real trouble.... we generally got rid of them quickly though.

Wow, these people sound like my deadbeat cousins They seem to think that the world owes them something and have something slimy about them that can only remind you of what a lowly politician would act like. Saying something about your family is just lowly. These are the type of people that I really wouldn't mind if they just disappeared.

septembern : we've spoken to the police and they've got the incident on file. Because there has been no threatening activity (threats of violence basically) they can't do anything about this.

However, because we have reported it they now have it on record and if it continues then they will take action because there will be a record of these incidents occurring repeatedly.

We're also able to go through civil courts to get a restraining order against the guy, except we can't conclusively pin it to who we think it is. We would need to be able to prove those messages came from him and without a police warrant we won't get the ip info we need to get info from the isp.

So, basically we've gone through all our online accounts etc. and made it so we can't be contacted anonymously. So anything this person tries from here on out must be done in a way that allows us to track who is doing it and we doubt that will happen.
