Humanity has evolved heaps since the last wars... death is a huge loss (for first world society). i don't know about America, but here in australia, we did send, a few troops... and, inevitably, one of our troups died. It was all over the news, 1 loss. Our PM sent apologies to the family it was so significant.

Conversly, a Australian hostage that was filmed and treateded to be killed was rescued. It was a huge victory for us! A special biograpgical account on T.V. and all!

So you can't say that we'd be rushing into a WORLD WAR, when there's so much value placed on life.

yea. In this war, america is a large....... lets say maple tree. Its tall and large. It has many leaves. There are other small trees(other countries with influance in the war) but they aren't as big as the us. And when they lose leaves, they hurt more than the big tree. Not evil, prehaps. But that doesnt mean other countries dont fear America. If there is a war America is the number one contender to win with out even launching a missile. Thats what i believe anyway.
